Are you a private client?
On Mondays and Thursdays I mainly focus on clients from the Apeldoorn region, in cooperation with GPs in this region.
On Fridays I am in Maarssen. You can come here without a referral. You can make an appointment via my online calendar.
Do you live in (the region of) Apeldoorn and are you referred by your GP? Then a referral via ZorgDomein is needed for a first appointment. This way I have the right medical information straight away and your registration can be handled carefully.
